ExperienI have had so many positive experiences tutoring. Users tend to seek out tutors when they are frustrated and confused. It is a wonderful feeling to realize that someone is relaxed and confident when I am done working with them. I helped an art teacher for a local high school set up a curriculum for a new Illustrator (illustrating software) course that she had to implement into her courses. This teacher has been teaching art courses in the traditional fashion for 30 years, and she is very successful and creative. But her technology skills are limited, and trying to turn her skills from paper/pencil/brush to digital was overwhelming for her. So, I am writing the course on a monthly basis, and training her to cover only the material I am designing to present to students. This way she is more comfortable, and I am able to work with her at an acceptable pace. Truly enjoy this type of project. I have tutored people of all ages. Students have included middle school, high school, and college levels. Much of my time has been spent working with adults to enhance their software production needs on the coprorate level.
