Experience

I have a Teachers Certification in both Spanish and English. I worked at Sylvan Learning Centers for 6 months working with kids from 6 yrs old to 17 year olds preparing them for the S.A.T. I am a bilingual Team Mentor in my current position and I currently tutor a high school student in Spanish with mild learning disabilities. Over the past 8 months we have worked together to bring his Spanish class grade from a D to an A+. I have taken numerous diversity classes in my Masters programs and even lived in Argentina for 2 years which gave me a unique perspective of the Hispanic Language and culture.
